This is a 70-year-old male desiring a more youthful but appropriate look. Cervical liposuction with fat transfer to face with full face and neck lift were performed. Special consideration was taken to conceal the scars in a bald male patient. The surgical technique performed by Dr.Shah is submitted for journal publication.
