As always, our commitment to my patients and staff is your optimal well-being and safety. Our office follows CDC and local health department protocols and guidelines.

We adhere to strict safety protocols and COVID safety practices including:

• Physicians and staff are fully vaccinated
• Physicians and staff wear masks
• Patients and (1) guest are required to wear masks during their visit
• Frequently sanitize our offices with antiviral disinfectant
• Hand sanitation stations
• Appointments only, no walk-ins allowed
• If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment
